Change to the board of directors of Forbo Holding SA

Dr. Reto Muller will not be re-eligible for the Ordinary General Meeting of 2022. The board of directors of Forbo Holding SA will suggest Dr. Eveline saupper and Jens Fankhanel for election to the board of directors.

Board of Directors retirement

After 11 years of service as a member, Dr. Reto Muller will not be eligible for re-election to the Board of Directors at the next Ordinary General Meeting, which will take place on April 1, 2022. He has been a member of the board of directors since 2011 and served on the Audit and finance committee.

Election of new members of the Board of Directors

The board of directors of Forbo Holding SA will suggest Dr. Eveline saupper and Jens Fankhanel for election to the Board of Directors at the Ordinary General Meeting of April 1, 2022.

Dr. Eveline saupper, of Swiss nationality, is a professional director. After periods in peat Marwick Mitchell (today KPMG) and McKenzie Baker, Zurich and Chicago, she joined the Homburger law firm in Zurich, where she was a partner from 1994 to 2014. As a partner, she also held various management positions in IT, finance and human resources. She holds a law degree (lic. Iur.) As well as a doctorate in law from University of St. Gallen and is admitted to the Bar of Zurich. She is also a qualified tax specialist.

Jens Fankhanel, German citizen, is CEO of Kardex Group. After several years in international consulting and project management, since 2002 he has held various management positions in industries focused on intralogistics and automated material flows. He has been with Kardex since 2011 and, as CEO, had overall responsibility for the Kardex Group since 2016. He has extensive experience in digitalization, strategy implementation and management of international technology companies. He holds a degree in electrical engineering / specialization in automation engineering and technical cybernetics from the University of Chemnitz.
